Inspired by "Do you think Sakura should be 10 feet".

It seems like a 9-footer at double speed, so I say no, Outer Limits should be 9 feet. What do you guys think? (Outer Limits is in Ultramix song pack 2.)

God, let's please not keep seeing these. Just for a change, why not debate how a 4 foot song should really be a 6 foot song. Or how a Beginner song is too easy...

342 BPM.

Ok, let me say that again, 342 BPM.

And again, 342 BPM.

And hell once more, 342 BPM. Yes it should be a ten footer!

who cares? ya'll need to stop worrying about this kinda crap. if it says its a 10 footer, then its a 10 footer, no buts about it. the songs get rated the way konami chooses, not the way the public does.

just because it has a decent speed on it doesnt mean it should be a ten footer... i kno a lot of people, including myself, who can put this on 1.5 and read it just fine. i wouldnt say it should be a ten because of its speed, but i dont kno how the steps go so it depends on the actual steps if i would say ten foot or not. jus my lil opinion. peace

Yeah, there have been too many fast songs in DDR, now the once impossible Max 300 is about 80x easier to read, and I can almost pass it. On the other hand, there aren't enough slow songs (like Bag or *oh god* Ballad For You). That's why I think Outer Limits should be a difficulty 9.

It's 342 BPM because whoever made the steps BPM doubled it. It's real BPM is 171. Personally I think it should've been 9 feet with it's normal BPM and no buggy BPM changes.

Whoever is making the Ultramix Live stuff seems like an amateur DWI maker. OMG ITS A COOL SONG LETS MAKE IT 10 FEET AND BPM DOUBLE/HALVE IT!!!! Also they didn't edit the song from it's original 2:00 length. Lazy and lame .. :/

Does anyone have the step charts to this song? I want to see how hard this song is just in case I never get the chance to play it. If I do get the chance to play it, I'll know what to expect.

Yeah, 342 BPM is impressive, but if it's all 1/4 notes, then it's no fun. I mean, Burning the Floor momo mix gets up to like 342 BPM! ;D

What I hate is that after the first freeze it kinda skips to keep up. It wreks my full combo every time!

BTW: on some other board I found while looking for a paranoia respect DL, I found that they call 10-footers "Extraemes"(yes the way I spelled it is way it is pronounced. I wonder if there are a ton of other names for pies that we have yet to see

I think the high BPM suits the song extremely well, I couldn't imagine it with a weak slow BPM chugging along to the insane music.

BTW, I vote this best song in DDR ever. (Excluding the steps...)

I love the steps and the song and I have gotten down to 1 good on it and that's because of that glitch at the beginning! frust.gif

I think it should be a 10 because it is much too hard to be on the 9 footer level.
