Has anyone had the opportunity to test the BNS PSX-Parallel adapter that comes with their Ignition Pads/Konamix bundle? How has it worked for people, especially those using Windows XP. I have read there are some driver discrepancies for XP...

I have used the BNS Parallel adapter in Windows 98 and Windows XP, in Stepmania 3 final and the latest alpha, and with a redoctane standard pad and a BNS DX pad. It has worked perfectly for me in all cases. I can play Stepmania just fine with it.

I recommend the NTpad driver for Windows XP. It's linked to on BNS's page for the adapter.

It worked perfectly for me using Windows XP.

Here's the driver you should use
http://www.aldostools.com/ntpadxp.zip

You have to go into the configurations menu to disable axis mapping to allow for the pad to work with it correctly
