i know i've seen this answered somewhere, but i looked through the first couple pages of topics and couldnt find it. could someone link me to where i can find out how to fix the problem you get when you hit two arrows but only one registers? thanks.

with a fair supply of adapters you have to hold start, select, and up for 3 seconds, if that doesnt work you probably need a different adapter.
my EMS adapter has worked great for me, but some people have had trouble with it.
