| On windows ME sm would run the song selection smoothly and then the songs not so smoothly. On windows 2000 the song selection takes about a min just to rotate threw the songs to find it cuz it changes songs every 5 seconds. But now the songs when played run very nicely. Anyone got an idea on why / how to fix this. |

I would say one of three things:
One: Video may be lagging and not able to keep up
Two: Applications running in the background (ME - Kill everything except systray and explorer before starting SM, 2K is harder to tell you what to kill and what not to kill)
Three:If your system is on a network or has continous access to the internet - your system may be slowing down by an application or someone hitting your computer. |
