Newbie in search of DDR info! Please help :)

I just got a PS2 and am about to purchase DDRMAX 2 and two new pads (after playing it at a friends house and loved it) and wanted everyone's advice on what to buy and where to buy it.

1) Where is the best (least expensive) place online to buy DDRMAX 2?

2) I want the best soft pads possible so I think it sounds liek the BuyNShop Ulta DX-Xtreme are the best. Would anyone disagree or suggest any other pad? I believe they are only being sold at one website for $49 each. Is it worth is? I think the RedOctance Ignition 2.0 and the MYMYBOX are basically the same as the Ulta DX-Xtreme but are just sold by different companies at different prices...is this correct?

3) What is your personal rank order for the DDR series...is DDRMAX 2 #1 and what would be #2?

4) Are there any other dance pad games for the PS2 besides the DDR series?

5) Any other cool games as addictive and fun as the DDR series out there?

To answer your third question, I personally like DDRMAX the best of the 3 most prominent titles for Playstation. There's DDRMAX, DDRMAX2, and the older Konamix.

I believe my order would be DDRMAX, DDRMAX2, and then Konamix.

well i just got the bns ignition a little while ago with max2 and i must say i'm impressed with the mat. I can't say if the mymybox or redoctane are the same or if they're better/worse but i love my bns ignition. It works great! But my friend got a mymybox and his broke down in about 4 months or so... and in my opinion ddrmax is the best, ddrmax2 and konamix are tied for second.
