When I go to play..I never know what songs I'm going to choose..so it takes forever.

How quickly do you find the song that you're actually going to play?

The first game I play I usually pick the songs pretty quickly because I know which ones I want to do. The second/third games take me a looooong time to pick because I have no idea what I want to do (and because I like to give my legs a rest

Takes me about 10 seconds for each song to be chosen. I pretty much have my game plan set out before I play.

1) What random nonstop? (5 sec)
2) Codes for sudden dark (5 sec)
3)Play.

3rd Mix subdivides it's songs into sections, so i don't have much choice. Even though the count says 20, you can make it longer by scrolling. Usually it doesn't take me that long to pick. If i'm playing on my home version, it takes about 30 seconds.

Varies from the machines I visit..

If it isnt a machine I am not very familar with..then I take FOREVER to choose a song...

Usually it takes me about 10 secs for a song...I like playing the same ones over and over and over...

Depends on if I have a song in mind or not.

Normally after the first round, when I've gotten songs out of my system that I wanted to play, absolutely no clue from then on...so it takes awhile.

Press the arrow once to go up to Random. Press. Takes like 1 second.

Only time I don't do that is if I actually have a song in mind to pick, in which case it takes maybe 5 seconds.

It takes me a very long time to choose what song I'm going to play.

I usually make up my mind about the first and last song beforehand, but I have no clue about the three songs in between.

Sometimes I ask the person playing with me to choose, but most of them decline and ask me to choose.

If that's the case, then it takes me as many as two full rotations (alphabetically listed) on an Extreme machine to finally choose.

I've only tried random and roulette a few times, so it's not something I'm very accustomed with. Besides, I've had bad experience in the few times that I've used them.

It takes me about 10-30 sec. to pick my song. Sometimes I just let the timer run out to rest before a 10-footer.

Usually I have a set in mind already before going to play, which usually get blown out of the water since I always change my mind. Something about people playing heavy in front of me which does that. Either way, I still pick them pretty fast since usually people are waiting. Before my bowling league I should just play easy 7s which don't tire me out, but like an idiot I end up pushing myself on 8s and 9s and end up out of breath (and half the time I'm in shoes that slip like crazy). Note: it does not help that the arcade is in a casino and there's a lot of smoke - doesn't help the respiratory system too much after playing

for me it all depends on the crowd. if there are a lot of players ill take btwn 10-30 secs but alone its more like 5 b/c i already know what i want to do. Its also fun to let it sit on LOMheavy while im resting up

I'm a speed reader, so I spin through the songs as fast as they can go until I find a song I either want to do or one that looks promising. The timer rarely ticks off more than 15 seconds.

I've really only played at home, and once I become familiar with a certain mix of mine, it only takes a few seconds in between. For instance, in DDRMAX2, I play four songs I like, nearly everytime, then try the roulette.

Usually I go in there with an idea of what songs I'm going to pick for the first couple of games and then it usually take progressively longer because I usually start picking songs out of the blue at that point.

it usually takes me forever to pick a song. probably because it's Extreme. I never know what I feel like doing. so I scroll through, and if one hits me just right, I do it.

now if I were on a 5th or a 3rd mix, hell, I'd know exactly what I wanted to do just because those two mixes are the coolest.

Never know with me. Usually I'll play mostly the same two songs on 3-song rounds, but other times, if I wanna try new songs, it'll take me forever to make up my mind. probably 20 seconds for each selection when that time comes around.
