Is RedOctane a reliable merchant?

If you have ordered a pad from them, did you have to sign for your package, or was it just dropped off? Are they dilligent with shipping and customer support? I've decided to get an Red Octane Metal Pad (please save the "just get a CF" comments, I have my reasons

), so I need to knowe the details.

They're very reliable. I ordered their old 3rd party metal pad from them and I received it in perfect condition (I had to sign for it). If you live in CA, you'll get hella fast shipping! I chose ground shipping for my metal pad and ordered on Thursday night and received it Saturday morning!

Very reliable. I recently recieved a metal pad from them. The pad lived up to what RedOctane boasted, but there was a crack on the metal. It's okay though, it just doesn't look as sexy

. I think this is because it was carried across the country. It still did come one day before the projected delivery date.

Well, I ordered my pad from Red Octane

I'm getting it via Ground Delivery, so hopefully ittl be here on Friday or Saturday. I'm in NJ.

Red Octane is very good at shipping. Most of the time, I get my stuff within 48 hours.

I have signed for my stuff when it's ground, only when it's FedEx shipping, and it's dropped off on my doorstep about 1 p.m.

I just wanted to say that in the past I've had a problem with a RedOctane Ignition, and customer service was very supportive and receptive. Dealing with RO is not a bad thing at all.

Gah, now I hear that even thouh RO says it was shipped out the 24'th, Airborne Express hasnt even gotten the package into its system.
