I was wondering what happened to E-rotic songs since about 4th or 5th mix. I always found that Do it all night had a great beat and some good freestyling steps.

I'm guessing it was a licensing problem because I never saw them again past that mix.

Does anybody know?

I could have sworn I heard that the band may have broken up and gone their seperate ways. Or maybe the songs got too sexual?

I do agree with the fact that E-rotic songs were incredibly sexual but that was half the fun about them.

But the songs likely got too sexual because they never released a home version that had any of the songs on it.

True...true...except for the part about not liking the songs. E4.gif

Thank god. I tried listening to a few of their songs, and I almost puked. A) Because their so damn sexual and B) because they were so damn horrible. I only liked ONPNSQ because back then, I didn't know what they were talking about.

Wow... I've never seen Oh Nick Please Not SO Quick called ONPNSQ.

I think they're fun songs. So what if they are overly sexual? I see no one complaining about Brittany Spears or Christina Aguelera.

I actually have a song by Aguilera which, if someone who just got into her listens to it, I guarantee the first thing he/she'd say is, "She sang THAT?!?!?!"

Also my reaction when I heard that the lead singer of E-Rotic did Moonlight Shadow riiight.gif (Whether that's true or not, I have no idea)

Anyways, I personally don't like the whole sexual thing in their songs, but musically they're OK. Cat's Eye, however, is simply awesome.

I've heard that the real reason we don't have anymore of their songs is that the group has split up and licensing has been too big of an issue.

If the appearance of Sexy Planet and Drifting Away on US home versions of DDR has taught us anything, it's that sexual songs can be put in US home versions safely as long as they are somewhat discrete about their meaning (took me a Vivid member here to tell me what Drifting Away was talking about), and that NO amount of sexual moaning is too much. (I mean, Sexy Planet is basically constant moaning put to music E15.gif )

Do It All Night and Temple of Love are out of the question, since sex is blatantly mentioned in those songs E15.gif

Since when has Sexy Planet been in any U.S. mixes?

Also, yes, E-Rotic has apparently broken up, and yes, one of the 3 rotating lead singers of E-Rotic sang Moonlight Shadow.

And I love ..Not So Quick. My friends hate when I play it. It's not that freaking bad...

Maybe it was those evil soccer moms that banned DDR Solo 2000 because they had needles in it, and immediately, they said that they were hypodermic. Of course, they have to protect their kids from the real world....

I heard that they performed naked live. I have most of their songs on CDs and all of their songs have a lot of sexual references, lol. My boyfriend's favorite group...

I believe it's a good idea that their songs won't continue to play, I really didn't like some of their songs, the Do it all night one is a bit out of it, I mean everyone knows what theyre saying, and even 'Oh Nick Please Not So Quick' come on children could be hanging around playing other games and hear the songs blaring with that. And the game shouldn't be rated E for everyone if it has those songs on there. So I'ts a good idea the songs aren't on any other verions, it depends if they can make it not so known what their song is about.
