Yes, I know we have a sim thread sticky, but I've posted a question more than once, and that thread's been dead for god knows how long...
Can this be answered first before it gets locked...? TY

I have Bemania, but I can't get the music to work. Can someone give me the step by step process in doing this...? I really want to hear the music...

1.) Put your BMS and MP3 into the Sound folder. (or WAV, depending on how you formatted it after ripped it from the Beatmania IIDX 9th style OST that you purchased, you did purchase it right?) It does not matter if you decide to put the song and the MP3 in another folder together (e.g. you make a Karma folder with the BMS and MP3 inside the folder) just so long as both are located in the Sound folder.

2.) Open up your BMS file with Notepad. You'll see something along the lines of this:

*---------------------- HEADER FIELD
#PLAYER 1
#GENRE DRUM'N' BASS
#TITLE Karma
#ARTIST TaQ
#BPM 200.02
#PLAYLEVEL 7
#RANK 2
#STAGEFILE
%EMAIL
%URL

#WAVFF Karma.mp3


Next to the #WAVFF make sure you type the exact title of your MP3. If it's off by one character it won't be recognized.

That should do it.
