My friend and I did an experiment over the summer to see which type of pad would be the best, a basic flat pad, a Red Octane raised pad, or a metal pad. We need some "expert opinions" to support our hypothesis that the type of pad does affect the score. If you have any comments we would appreciate if you would post. Our research showed that the red octane pad yielded the highest scores.

Can't really be a controlled experiment though, because over 3 months time you are bound to get better. Traits of the pad would be better to test.

| I think the best type of pad is the MMB metal pad. |
