Need help naming/looking for a specific part (metal pad)

I've had a MyMyBox metal pad for a few years now, and it's worked perfectly for me . . . until the other day. I stepped on the cord as I went to pick up the pad, ripping all the wires from the connector. E2.gif I really don't think there is any way to repair it aside from buying a whole new piece.

All I need is the piece that hooks the pad to the PSX -- the cord with the prong connector on one end, and the rectangular PSX connector on the other end. Anyone know what it's called, and where I can buy one online?

Um... buy a used PSX controller and rip it open and take the part out you need and sodder it in. If you need help, go buy the controller and PM me.
