Fixes for the Red Octane PC Control Box???

I recently purchased a Metal DDR pad from Red Octane. I am having a big problem. The PC Control box maps to Axis frust.gif . Is there any way to get it to stop doing this E19.gif ? I have already spent alot of money on this and want to get this fixed. If anyone knows anything about this and any possible solutions please respond, your help will be greatly appricated. E1.gif

I called RedOctane and they said they are going to work on it. They said that they are having some problems recently with it. And i dont want to resauder the PC box. Hopefully Redoctane can help. If anyone else finds a better solution please reply. E1.gif

Problem solved, there is a button combo (SELECT+START+UP ARROW) that selmo found which fixes it.

I tied the START+SELECT+UP and it didnt work. Can you tell me what seting you had on Stepmania? I may have some dumb setting turned on. riiight.gif Also what version of windows are you running. i am running XP. i have been trying to code my own driver and many other tech heavy things. nerd.gif If this is really such a small thing, well, quite stupid of me... goog.gif Well please help me soon. I'm using XP and StepMania CVS alpha 8

I just went into the properties for the controller, held Start and Select, then tapped the up arrow. As if by magic the arrows now map to the axis AND buttons. In StepMania they register as buttons as well (see below). Works every time for me.
