Ok I am not yet a ddr freak. I love the game and I'm looking at buying some of the keep it cool foam pads. I have seen the cobalt pads they seem sturdy, but here are my concerns.

1.The foam pads are a bit larger. I don't feel like I'm stepping on the wrong plate. Are the cobalt pads large enough? I've read the metal pad thread, but I wanted some other opinions.

2. Are the cobalt pads completely flat? are there any pieces that stick up? I have noticed other metal pads have brackets that stick up and would kill you if you weren't wearing shoes.

3. Probably the most important will both work on a pc if i have a usb ps1/ps2 adapter?

Cobalt flux is FLAT (which is not good if you need to feel the arrows to keep you in place). It's also expensive. ANY pad will work if you have the right converter, but if you don't buy original games too (and only pirate), then you are a bastard for harming DDR sales, and thus producing less demand.

I'm sorry, but this is completely uncalled for. You should apologize. It's rude people like you that give DDR players a bad name.

Unless your ready to do some serious modding...
