that game was bad ace it had a good concept it had to do somthing with counting the beats to the songs

Yes, the Bust A Groove series. I've played both. I like the first better than the second, and my two characters I played as were Heat and Hiro.

the bust a groove games were really good. Though now compared to other music games it's just average. I play it from time to time though..i play the first one more cause i like the music better

my friends could never beat me in the first one cause they don't know about each character's special solo dance move

One and Two had really good music (if you can find the soundtrack, it has the long versions; but only in Japanese, there wasn't ever a US release).

Too bad three changed too much (to the point where it sucked when you compared it to the original two).

I have 1, had 2.. need it for my Bio, pander and good capoera, thier songs are the best, but by far the best song in bam2 is Zombie Hopper.. I play as Gas-o in BAM1 and Comet or Bio in BAM2... ^^

The BAM games are both quite good, especially considering that they're some of the only music games on the original Playstation. I like the music better from 1, but I can't remember what the trick was to playing it. Every time I try to go back and play, I can never get a decent combo going. So I end up playing 2 instead. At least I have the soundtracks to both so I can listen to the music whenever.

the bam series was great, if your a ddr freestyler you could learn something from the game.
