EMS USB 2.0 driver not being found!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!

Ok, I got my EMS USB 2.0. I put the driver file onto my computer, and it is installed where all the other drivers are. I plug in the USB adaptor. It reads it. It searches for drivers to run it, finds none, and completely forgets about the adaptor. WTF. WHY IS IT DOING THIS????? WHY CAN'T I GET THE THING TO WORK. Someone tell me exact directions on how they installed theirs, and got it to work, even if it works crappy...

EDIT: fixed this problem, I'd close this thread, if you could do that here... But I still have the sync problems... DANGIT. And no one has any way to fix this except auto sync, and that hardly helps.
