This is probably a stupid post, but I'll try it anyway-
If you were working for Bemani or Konami and you could make your own remixes to songs, whether they be on DDR or not, what would they be?-keep in mind that DDR is dying-so maybe the question should be What songs would you like to see remixed?
Here, let me give you an example: I luv the song A Little Bit of Ecstasy. & I have this great idea-I think the beginning of the song should be normal. Then there is a freeze. All of the sudden, it speeds up to 300 BPM! After a little bit of ecstatic dancing, it goes through a drastic slow-down. They could call it MaxEcstasy.
You get it? Cool idea huh? Let me give you another example-Healing Vision is cool the way it is. But what if they rapped to it...somehow. You could call it Healing Vision-Body Rap Mix. Or maybe, they can totally put a techno rhythym in the song Spin the Disc. They can call it Spin the Disc-Super Club Techno Version...
I'm having too much fun with this! Anyone else have any ideas? |

I can't particularly think of anything I'd like to remix...
but you should realize that Bemani is not a company...it is the name for Konami's series of music games... _________________

I think a mix of Gentle Stress and The Cube would sound nice. _________________

You could remix cartoon heroes with www.bonde girl and that would sound like uhhh............. the same song exactly. or wait you could remix all the paranoias with all the maxxes and trip machines and it could be called a waste of about 30 konami originals. Im having tons of fun _________________

That......is amazing. Nice job. An Akira Yamaoka fan is happy right now.
If I worked for Konami, I would probably make long versions of all of Akira Yamaoka's songs, and a long version of Distress.
Oh yeah, I would probably make some Kutimu songs and make them playable. _________________

I would mix "i feel...", "bit mania" and "i feel...(new age hope mix). Oh wait, I already did.
If I worked for Konami, I'd probably cream in my pants from having access to all the original masters and samples for pretty much all the KO songs. I'd actually be able to make a decent, semi-professional sounding remix instead of just chopping up mp3s and trying to isolate sounds with filters and equalizers. _________________

Dude, that sounds really weird. I always thought Bitmania sounded incredibly rediculous with all those weird sounds. It's a funny song, I think because of how weird it is... But it sounds kinda cool with I Feel... _________________

I'd make a happy hardcore remix of V reminiscent of Abyss -the Heavens Remix-, a Eurobeat remix of Thunder, and just for comedy, an English version of Daikenkai. |
