|
|
I was playing the DDRExtreme2+Pad bundle at an internet cafe, and for some reason every once and awhile if my foot steps down onto the left-center of the center of the pad, the pad takes that as me hitting "X"! Has anyone else noticed something like that? I tried jumping in the center of the pad and that was interpreted as hitting X as well.
Also, can you control the menus using a normal control pad? Doesn't the DDR pad plug into the USB port?
Any info appreciated, I'm a n00b. |

1) to make the dance pad more accurate (by turning off the corner buttons), go into the Options, go to Controller settings and turn "Dance Play Setting" off for the pad you're using.
2) yes, you can control the menus or even play the game with a standard controller.
3) no, the pad plugs into a controller port, not USB.

im assuming this is on ps2, the usb ports are for headsets, mouses, keyboards, and some internet adapters. Make sure if you have big feet that they aren't over the edge of the center or they will touch. _________________

Also, if the soft pad has been under heavy use, the sensors underneath the covering tend to drift to odd places. I have 2 soft pads that are junk now because the up sensor took over the center square. |
