Looking for djmain.exe or djmain-test.zip!!

It has recently came to my knowledge that there is a version of mame that is specificly designed to run the beatmania ( or other bemani as others have said) series. I have searched but have came up empty handed. If any one has a link or can let me know where to get it, it would be greatly appreciated.

Also I wouldn't mind knowing where to get the beatmania chd's for it also.
