Ok what can your DDR moves help you through life?
1. Dodging dodge balls.
2. I actually mixed some DDR steps with some arm movement and I found out I can dance.
3. For some reason I can do low kicks faster and accurate and now I just learned self defense from DDR.
4. Made my legs stronger so I can run faster than normal during P.E.
Has DDR a/effected your life? _________________

I can dodge bullets in style now.
Actually, it's just really built up endurance, but I've only had it a month and a half. |

It actually gives me something to talk about when I meet new people and get to know them, it gives me something to look forward to on weekends, it helps me to lost weight, gives me at least ONE video game I'm better at than my brother, and I get good endurance and leg strength. _________________

If you put coins into a DDR machine 9/10 times the machine will be illegal. So if the machine isn't liscensed, then technically, you're putting your money in something illegal. _________________

I would have to agree on the whole weight loss thing. I dropped about 11 pounds since I started playing (and I mean playing on a regular basis...) and there is probally more to go... also, I am really dyslexic and it has helped me in learning my left from my right (remember whihc foot moves when an arrow points in a certain direction. *and* it has helped me make *al lot* of friends |

It definately improved my stamina, now I don't get tired as quickly during a workout. My legs are a lot stronger. It gives me something to do when I'm bored, and I enjoy the large variety of music to listen to. |

1.)Believe it or not, but I've gained weight from DDR. It is a workout.
2.)I've met new people that I work with.
3.)Confidence dealing with crowds. Where I work there are always people coming and going. I work at a movie theatre. They stop and gawk and a crowd forms. _________________

I thought i would be able to run better, maybe lose a couple pounds, strengthen my legs, improve eye-leg/foot coordination and what not, but i didn't at all. I did see some tone in my calves though... But when was the last time some girl said "Nice calves!" to you?
P.S. - do not use that last line to make me look stupid! _________________
