I know this probably should go in the Beatmania thread but I figured I might get more ofa response if I made it into it's own thread. Does anyone know where I can get the patch? I've looked everywhere and it's pretty disappointing after getting in 5th mix that it won't work with my psx-change (or it only works when it wants to).

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry, but I am in the exact same perdiciment as you. I have a PS-XChange 2.0 and have tried swapping without sucess.

My recomendation, get a PSX Modchip. A friend of mine got his PS stealth modded and he let me borrow his for a day, and all games (Except sixth mix, but his modchip was out of date, and one can always use the PS-Xchange, a gameshark, or something else to put in anti-mod codes) worked perfectly on it.

www.modchip.com sells great modchips, according to my friend. I just ordered one myself and he'll help me install it. I'll get back to you on how easy/hard the install is.

Ya know the funny thing is though I've gotten 5th mix to work 3 or 4 times but it's up in the air whether or not you will be succesful with it.

I may just think of getting a mod chip.
