Yep, I'm back with another (hopefully) interesting question.... E13.gif

I've been wondering for a few years now...have the announcers in the DDR series ever actually been credited within the game? In other words, who ARE they?

the announcer in the 2nd mix sounds just like Shane McMahon. ya know tha son of the owner of the WWE???

The 1st - 5th Mix announcer (the best one) sounds like the guy that says "Wave Race!" on the title screen of..... you guessed it: Wave Race.

I don't know if it's him, though.

I should move to Japan and become a video game announcer. Can you imagine walking into an arcade and hearing yourself saying stupid engrish phrases at high volume? :-P

Yes, yes I can, and it makes me feel happy. Being the token American in a Japanese TV show, or at least an anime voice actor, is one of my dreams. Being a video game voice would be almost as good.
