Ya... I'm supressing rage as I watch the red lights on the right arrow of my $170 (with shipping) pad light up from 10 feet away, with no one pressing the button. It's sticking like crazy... only a little at first and now it just doesn't stop. This is after 4 days of use, and I only weigh about 150 lbs. I also don't consider myself a *stomper*. The pad wasn't bad at all until this happened, I was enjoying it thoroughly. It felt kinda loose overall (not so much response, just construction) since it came out of the box, but it didnt seem to affect play much. I suppose you get what you pay for, this was just too good to be true. Unless you've already picked one up, stay away from these pads as the sites (www.buynshop.com) return policy is very harsh. They're just gonna send me another one, which I'm sure will break too, and I'll keep making weekly trips to FedEx until they finally give me my money back.

sucks big time.
THat happened with my CF twice so far. Though when I played the next time it was back to normal.

Very Weird. It's been error free for awhile now tho.

With the CF pad try two things:

1: Bend the arrow so that is has a slightly upward curvature, that should keep it from sticking down.

2: Make sure the bottom piece of sheet metal isn't somehow pushing up into the upper arrow sheet metal, if it is, put some sort of spacer in there, I bought some velcro just like used in the 4 corners and put it on the outer edge, no problems with my up arrow anymore. Only problem I ever had.

Much sympathy, Pancho. My friend went through something like that with a metal pad she bought awhile ago. "Step - crack - bye, $150!"
