there should be a page kind of like the song lists which has every Oni Mode, what version they are on, what the songs are, and the step ratings

That isn't a bad idea at all. Considering we have song lists and foot rankings. Oni/Nonstop course would be a good idea to document.

Oh, I have them on my PC, but I was ordered by Konami to take the images down from my page. They were up for a while, though. Should have grabbed them while you had the chance...
...or, if you are really keen, you *might* be able to find them on my webspace still
