i have heard around lately that japan has band playing DDR in Japan i wanted to know if this was true or not. and doesnt it have a banner that says it on the game if you just watch it though the credits?? if you know post back. if you know it is true could you hook me up with a site with the article i've been looking for it forever

Your question can be taken 2 ways. Do you mean band, as in a band with guitars and drums and such. Or do mean banned?

No, DDR is not banned in Japan. DDR arcade machines come from Japan.

The warning screen you mention says that DDR machines may not be played OUTSIDE of Japan.
