AA or not.......

I've been having strange occurances with stepmania. I am getting AA on many songs when I don't fit the criterea of a AA.

Example: 523 perfect
12 great
2 good
0 boo
6 miss

is this supposed to happen in 'real' ddr or is this just a glitch in the programming?

(I'm thinking AA means you combo the whole thing. If I am wrong, someone please tell me)

AA means you get 93% of dance points. It used to mean full combo. Boos/Misses take away from dance points, but if you have a huge amout of perfects, and barely and greats, and a few misses, you can still AA a song, like you posted.

Anyway, I stuck your score into the dance calculator on www.aaroninjapan.com and you got 93.0018% of the dance points. So that was a legitimate AA...barely
