Please read the FAQ. . . it seems like you've started every other topic in Site Feedback these days. If you were submitting valid bugs, it would be one thing, but stuff like this is in the FAQ. So was the time change "bug", and there's definitely something in the FAQ about adding new features.

Jen, what he's reported about the time change is an honest bug. Even if DST is a factor (which it's not), his selection of time-zone should still stay fixed at GMT -3.5, which it's not.
But yeah, this particular question was in the FAQ.
