Where do you get a SM Extreme Skin???

The link to the Extreme skin that I figured out how to fix is in the Simulator FAQ thread, but I don't believe it works with the latest CVS build, and I know it doesn't work with 3.00 final. To my knowledge there are no other Extreme skins out there yet, although I know that are plenty in development.

EDIT: And I also don't think there is an Extreme announcer available yet.

the one in the faq is actually a rip from spig's beta sm extreme theme remade by tamago. Since everyone is impatiant for spig to finish the skin, he decided to make one so.... yea....
