Pop'n 9 and card system, help?

my arcade is getting pop'n nine, and it comes with the card system. can someone gimme a lowdown on this, like um, everything? thanks!

Short version: If you're in the US, it's useless. The cards are neat, though.

Long version: In order to use the card system, your arcade needs to have a broadband connection, a Japanese IP address registered with Konami, and the card reader/cards. Getting ee'MALL songs in the US is completely out of the question since you'd need the ee'MALL machine in addition to the Pop'n 9 machine.

Regardless, I want a Pop'n 9 machine near me.
