BNS Xtreme insert and RedOctane dense insert

Are they the same, or close to the same?

There is a difference(I think.) BuynShop claims that the RedOctane Ignition 2.0 insert is not an inch but is only 3/4 of an inch. I measured my own Ignition 2.0 insert and it is indeed 3/4 of an inch. BNS claims that their insert is an inch, but I never actually measured it 'cause I don't have one.
Of course, I really don't see what's the big deal about how thick the insert is.
