Well I'm finally going to give up DDR...at home only though. When I bought a metal dance pad I thought it would improve my scores and PA...Hell was I wrong. This dance pad must be the worst one on the market. I have a 20 dollar soft dance pad that works better than this piece of s h i t. I spent 128 bucks on this hunk of junk and it SUCKS. My PA is horrible on it. I managed to AA so much with the soft pad SDGing practically every song. When I got this thing I will be lucky if I hit 20 greats. Not only does it destroy my PA at home, but also at the arcade. I went Wednesday and my first 2 hours sucked! I wasn't AAing anything. 32 greats on Candy(heart) now that is something to cry about. I was trying to match the steps with my metal dance pad to the arcade and it screwed everything up! The metal dance pad I have is so off beat that it will throw greats in there that clearly aren't. Anything under 140 BPM is fine with the pad, but anything above that speed it is too much for my metal dance pad to comprehend and it will malfunction on songs like love this feelin'. The pad itself doesn't have a name, it was made in CHINA, and it didn't come with instuctions or anything. I'm just going to buy another soft pad and play that while I still play at the arcade. Fortunately that same day I was able to rid myself of the improper beats and pull off some great new achievements. 2 greats on Love Shine yay! Almost there! That will be my 5th Heavy AAA. Also I then reduced that 32 to 12. I now have 119 greats from 129 on Paranoia Survivor and a bunch of others.
