In the past six months, I've gone from dreaming aboout A'ing Drop Out, to A'ing it without touching the bar once.
I've always been very good with music and rhythm, having heard music like Gigi D'Agostino, Darude, Scooter, etc, for seemingly my entire life. I also downloaded entire DDR soundtrack once, thinking that it was just some huge megamix compilation done by someone. 
I started going to the Funland Arcade when I first started, using the 5th Mix machine, since the MAX2 was always being hogged by Yasu-clones. I didn't go very often, but every time I went, I seemed to get much better.
Here are some of my stats to this date:
Matsuri Japan (Heavy) = AA (w00t!!!)
Freckles (Heavy) = AA
Orion .78 AM-Euro (Heavy) = A
Drop Out = A
(Insert that really slow Cuban-style japanese jazzy song, forgot its name...y'know the one!) (Heavy) = A
Kakumei (Heavy) = A
era (nostal-mix) (Heavy) = B
Paranoia Survivor MAX (Oni) = AAA (Heheh..I dun think even BeMaNiRuler or Yasu could do that)
But I still have troubles with some of my favorite songs I like to listen to. Namely:
Tsugaru
So Deep
Frozen Ray (Damn those freaking turns...)
Rhythem and Police (Damn...it all)
It's the weirdest thing, though. I can AA Matsuri Japan, but I can't even /pass/ Tsugaru. Go figure. It's the damn "Stream" near the ending part.
As for So Deep, the two-steps kill me instantly. I'm O.K. with those, but an entire song based on them just hurts.
Frozen Ray's turns keep throwing me off, even though it is one of my favorite Extreme songs.
Again, with RaP, the two-steps hurt.
Anyhow, I am working on a home-made pad that is portable. It is based on the idea in the DDR Console form for building your own PSX pad, but this is portable, and is compatable with PSX and StepMania.
It's easy, all you need is piano hinges, and a little modification.
Please comment on how I can pass Tsugaru. Please. Save a kitten.

Here's how i see it. If you dont know a name of a song...Your lying. And how can you AA Japan and not Era. I don't know if you attempting to be funny with your PSMO score, but please. Give us a break..
I don't konw exactly what you mean by the stream throws you off in the end of Tsugaru, but maybe i can help with :

Maybe you should try playing it at 1.5x (if you play it at 2x) or 1x (if you play at 1.5) Those steps should not be a problem, but if they are, maybe there scrolling up to fast for you to react to them. Maybe...? |

I'm guessing on the Jazz or Dakieni
Actually Yasu got 14 greats on it.
Frozen Ray, I can free style with those spins in the middle.

Want my advice on how to pass Tsugaru? Realize a great is a mistake and dont play Tsugaru till your better at PA

The slow song he's talking about is the one Featuring Sana. And he was joking about PSM oni. And I bet I know why he can AA Matsuri and not Era... the nubbiest thing in the world... I bet he has trouble at the end with the mini machine gun steps/triplets.

I don't know the Japanese name of "The Door of Magic". And, it might not even be Door Of Magic. It might be the Magic Door for all I care. So.. are you saying that I can't AAA it?
