Ecstasy "lyrics"

Ok, Esctasy doesn't really have lyrics, but this is about the words spoken in it...

I'm curious if anyone else has ever wondered about / figured this one out. In the song, around bar 29, one can hear what apparently sounds like some radio dialogue from the Apollo 11 moon landing mission, or at least a recreation of it. You can hear "Give us the reading on the 1202 program alarm", which was said by Apollo, as can be seen here in a transcript:

But they say something else just before that, and it doesn't seem to be what was originally said before the 1202 program alarm line. I'm guessing it's something taken from some other part of the radio dialogue, but I just can't seem to make it out. Anyone know what is being said before the program alarm line?

And while we're on the topic of words spoken in Esctasy, there's a phrase that's said (the same one) at both bars 8 and 47 (during the big freeze at the end). It sounds something like "Easy to feed" but of course I'm sure it's nothing close to that. Anyone have any idea what's being said there as well?
