I want to use a memory card with a DDR Extreme machine, but it's a complicated process, so I still have a few questions.

1 - I can use any PS1 memory card, correct? As in, I could go to an EB and just buy a PS1 memory card and use that, right?

2 - I know you need New Version Link Data, but I don't have an import 5th mix, or know anyone with an import 5th mix, so I'm wondering if there's any place I could find the new version link data online, and then use a DexDrive (or any other device that transfers files from your computer to your memory card) to transfer the data to my memory card?

So...in short, Download New Version Link Data from internet, put it on a PS1 Memory card, and then save my scores in the arcade?

1) Yes, although third party memory cards are notoriously bad for this. Get a Sony.
2) www.aaroninjapan.com has some link data.

Thanks, I got the data from Aaroninjapan.

I have a few more questions about it -

1 - Anyone know where I can buy a DexDrive? Does Gamestop, EB, or any local gaming store sell them, or do I have to order them off the internet?

2 - Do scores for the same song transfer from one mix to the other? ie I AA Max300 on a 6th mix, when I put my memory card into an 8th mix, will it also show that I've AA'd Max300 on the 8th mix, even though I've never actually AA'd it on the 8th mix itself?
