I don't really know how the DDR arcade upgrade ktis work, if its just a CD or a board too or what. So my question is, if I upgrade from, for example, 5th mix to Extreme, could I revert back to 5th mix, or is it permanent?

2 CDs: Install, Play
1 "Module"

Put module on (VERY CAREFULLY). Put in the Install CD in the drive.
Load.
Once it's finished (10 minutes or so), put in Play CD.
Load.

Game on.

What exactly is a 'module'? And, like I said before, can you revert back to the original mix you had before after you've upgraded?

OK, thanks. I was debating between Mix 5 and Extreme, but I guess I'll get Mix 5 and the Extreme upgrade so I can have both. Is that a good idea? BTW, how do you switch? Just switch the module and use the different play CDs?

Is that how you do it for legal copys or bootleg?
From what I understand bootlegs have two disks (a install and a game)while orginals have just one (except 4th mix plus).

I have a 4th mix and I want to upgrade, but I want to be able to go back, but I only have the game disk.
