Why don't you guys upgrade the boards? Or go to a pay forum such as VBB? I dunno, it seems everybody is annoyed by that bug.

well....

i bet what the mods are thinking that upgrading phpBB boards will be a TON of work. the forums are pretty well full [20,000+ members, and probably a good 200,000+ posts]. it would take alot of work, and the forums are working just fine how they are practically except for post bugs here and there, so why bother?

The major problem (as I've understood it, anyhow) is we've done a ton of board modifications, and upgrading would require reimplementing most of it.
