how ironic...please help me

hey, how about this. Today the warranty ends for my level six pad! But it just happens to be that also this day the left arrow cracks and the right arrow is stuck

we already know how to fix the cracked arrow, but how can i get my right arrow unstucked, lol i tried loostening the screws but nothing works

can anyone help me? please! lol

Um, open it up and see what the problem is? If it is a platform that has foil tape on the bottom of the arrows it is highly likely that some of the foil is stuck to the contact. Just clean it. It happens every month or so with my platforms.
