Unlock Codes

We had a DDR 4th mix at our arcade, and it was upgraded to an EXTREME machine. When we try to unlock, we can't get to the "Secret Options" menu. We are holding down the 1st player (left side) down button, and the service button ( not the one that makes a token insert sound, but the one on top, that doesn't seem to do anything), and then pressing the big green 1st player button. Not working!

i helped unlock our DDR Ex here in town.. there are 2 buttons next to each other, one that enters the setup screen (black or red i think) and a white one right next to it. when you are holding down the left arrow and highlighting "Game Options", press the white button (not the button that you pressed to enter setup). Then after you put in the code, exit. (do not "initialize" it). Should work.

if u scroll up and down really really fast it looks like there are 2 lines of zeros
