We need you to help us pick the newbie songs!!

As some of you know, we are getting DDR in gym class next year. Everyone at my school who is in the DDr Club is pretty good. We play Max 300, Paranoia's, and other songs. Many people have said that they do not wish to play these hard songs right from the start. We would lik everyone's input as to which songs we should recomend they play. We will have DDR USA Mix, Konamix, and also DDR Max. Hopefully if Max 2 comes out in time we will have that too.
So, tell us the easy songs you think beginners should play. Songs like Dub-I-Dub. I have not played DDR USA Mix in over a year and I never played Konamix, so I am not very well versed in those versions.

Uhhhh. Anyway I think Boom Boom dollar if that is on there... umm on max do uh abyss light but it may screw some people up, also on max, try matsuri japan light....peace out, and take it to the morning light and well oh yeah, there is also lve this feelin' i don't think that is TOOO but it should do.

Well I "cut my teeth" on DDR USA..
The order that I started learning the songs was Butterfly, Boys, Stomp To My Beat.

EDIT: Oops I was thinking arcade version.. I have never played a home version of DDR.

Butterfly is not on ANY home U.S. mix.

The first day I played DDR with my feets, I did Boom Boom Dollar like 10 times. It is the best beginner song.

how did you get a ddr machine in your gym? some sorta petition or something? let me know how you did it or other governing factors, i would love that (and i do have others who agree w/ me)

Ordinary World (Light) is a very good one-foot song that is actually moderately challenging (for a beginner) without being too hard (hopefully) and is actually pretty fast. It's a great stepping stone to learning some of the harder songs (2-3 feet songs).
