i know this is a pretty broad topic, but i was wondering if there is anyway to copy a psone game, i have been trying to copy konamix to keep an 'archival copy' so in case my copy broke, and i was wondering if i can make a workable copy that will work.
I have been using the software "toast" by roxio (version 5.2.1) on my computer (running mac os 10.3) and it wont copy. It will say it is done and i runa byte match and it doesnt match up and it isnt playable. Any tips?

there's nothing wrong with BACKING up games. if he was copying a friend's game, then keeping it for himself, or selling that copy he made, that's illegal.

i would really like some real infor. I am lending Konamix to my sister and i would like to make a copy backup on my computer/to cd just in case my sister doesnt put it under her pad and decide to play ddr (this has happened twice with different games). This is not to copy friends games, but simply to make a backup of one i already own

Look... First of all, this forum is no techie forum, it's about DDR. Second of all, even though backup copies for personal use are legal, most of the copying we see nowadays is ILLEGAL. Third of all, this has NOTHING to do with DDR chit-chat, let alone DDR (aside from the fact that your sister breaks your games while playing DDR, which is, no offense, a funny way of taking care of games you hate... but even then...).

So yeah, I see this thread getting locked real quick...

You'll have to find a forum more piracy friendly.
