Which song do you think has the stepchart that best fits the song? Only for all of the DDR mixes, not including ITG (because most of their charts already fit the songs perfectly anyways). In my opinion, most of the songs on DDR have no correlation to the song and the steps whatsoever, and it kills the point of playing it.
If you have no idea what im saying,
For instance, when there is a beat, the arrows match the beat.
My picks would be Saints Go Marching-Heavy and Rhythm and Police KOG mix-Heavy. _________________

I guess it depends on what type of steps people like & the songs they like. |

Flow (True Style). Just feels like I could actually breakdance to that song. |

So Deep, L'amour, and Konoko come to mind.

I really like the My Fire (Challenge) steps, it didn't seem like a traditional step chart. Too bad I only played it on a simulator.
Other great charts I think work well are Spin the disc, Heaven is a '57 metallic gray ~gimmix~, and A Little Bit of Ecstasy. |

stoic has awesome steps if you're into that kind of thing I suppose and don't care about jump-steps.

I would have to say either Hold On Me or Xepher(Challenge). _________________

I disagree...besides the one part where it gets all skippy, it's just eighth notes the whole time.
I would have to say So Deep or Xepher. _________________

MaxX Unlimited, Max 300, and Paranoia Survivor all have pretty great charts too. Well synced, fun to play, and fairly difficult. _________________

Sexy Planet Oni is one of my guilty pleasures; it actually does have a good chart. As much as I'd really like to bash the repetitive step, jump, step, jump pattern, it really fits the song well and makes it fun to play. I feel it's more than just the moans, as any song can have that sound effect. The song just works.
I'd have to disagree with Spin the Disc. It could've had a little more variety with what the music brought to the chart possibility table. Still a nice chart, regardless.
I still think the Legend of MAX and MaxX Unlimited have the most interesting 10-footer charts I've experienced in DDR. The others simply do not compare, in my opinion.
Other noteworthy Heavy charts are DXY!, True Love, R3, I'M IN THE MOOD FOR DANCING, and murmur twins. But I must say, SEDUCTION Heavy is a rare sight. The stepchart is simply awesome the entire way through. I find it one of those rare situations where stepchart and its song complement each other perfectly. _________________
