Sorry if this isnt required a whole thread but I needed this anwered. I got my pad today(2" model) and when i hit the left and right arrows they register the wrong way. By this I mean when I hit the left arrow it registers as the right arrow and vise versa. I think its a control box problem. Any advice?

...

You should probably tell us what version of ITG/DDR/whatever you're playing, what pad you have exactly, etc.

sounds like they screwed up making the control box

just tell them and they should send you another one...unless you are confident that you can fix it yourself

He bought my 2 inch Blueshark and says it isn't working on PS2 games or Stepmania. I only used this on Stepmania and it always worked without exception. I never used it on PS2 games. This model doesn't have a control box only a cable. You can order a new cable but I already asked FT to check the cable and he says it doesn't have any bent pins.

Is it responding under control panel -> game devices?

if that's working, then something has to be wrong with stepmania.

if that ISNT working, then the circuitry got messed up somehow
