How to properly clean metal pad and sensors?

My TX-2000 needs some serious cleaning on the inside, outside and the sensors so what would be the proper cleaning method?

What type of cloth/pad to wipe with?

What type of cleaning fluid?
(non-damaging for sensors, good cleaner, no residue, leaves it shiny)

Right now I have Endust spray and a cloth diaper rag but I just want to be sure I don't mess anything up.
