Converting game pad

I have a metal DDR pad that we used with the Playstation 2. We now want to try and use it with an Xbox 360. Is there a converter that I can get? The pad has a 15 pin female connector that plugs into a box, that in turn provides the plug for the PS2. Can I get a replacement
box that will work with the 360?

I'm not exactly sure, but I don't think there's a metal pad designed specifically for the 360. I can't seem to find any adapters either. So I guess your best option is getting a soft pad for the 360, and mod it. There's a guide right here on how to mod a soft pad.
