Afterburner 2.0 question

Hello there,

I've owned an Afterburner 2 for almost a year, however it broke about 5 months in. The pad still connects and works some of the time. The arrows don't respond most of the time and it will disconnect from the machine in the middle of playing sometimes. I've checked the adapter and it's not broken.
I don't quite know whats wrong and I was wondering if anyone has had the same problem and can help me with fixing it? Also if someone knows where I can send it to get it fixed. I've looked at the RedOctane site and I couldn't find anywhere I could contact them about getting it repaired. Thank you very much, I really want to get back into DDR.
