StepManiaX for Xbox?

I saw a few videos of this recently on YouTube, but I can't find anywhere to download it. There's a site on Google, but it's VIP only... anyone have linkage?

Anyway, I have questions about this thing.

1. What version of StepMania does this thing run on?
2. I know it supports themes... but would 3.95 themes support 3d? Yeah, basically I want to use Groove 2.4 on this thing.
3. Any guides on putting this on an Xbox? Would I need a modchip?

That had some information on it.

Compiled binaries for the Xbox are a touchy legal issue, so sites only refer to places to download them as "the usual places". Look up xbins.

I'm pretty sure it's based on 3.9, not sure about the themes stuff.

As far as putting it on the xbox, you would need either a modchip, or the softmod. Head over to xbox-scene.org, read some of the tutorials, and check the forums for more current information.
