I'm going to look at this metal pad today. The guy wants between $100-$150 for it. He said he bought it for $300 a couple years ago from Fry's Electronics. I haven't had any luck locating this pad online. Just curious if anyone knows about this pad. I wouldn't mind saving some cash buying this over BlueShark but at the same time if this is not a good pad I'd rather hold out for something better.

That pad looks like a TX-2000, which probably means it sucks. |

it may last for a little bit without doing anything to fix it.
it probably will break eventually, so just beware of that if you wanted to get it
thats not the type of metal pad that ive seen at fry's also. _________________

Thanks for the feedback! I'm going to holdoff on that one and keep searching for the perfect pad. I'd like to go with metal but maybe I'll just step it up to a hard pad for now. |
