Left and Down arrow pannels wont respond at all i've read a lot of posts and looked at other sites but I still can't figure out whats wrong with it so if you can think of anything lemme know kay, its a BNSUSA older model but not sure how old.

if its a metal pad, unscrew the screws and see what has to be done.
