Can someone identify this song?

I hope I'm posting in the right place and following protocal and everything; I'm just desperate for help on identifying this song:

(The file is only a sample, 200 kb. It'll take no time to download and listen to and I'd really appreciate help.)

The story goes~ someone on an anime forum asked if I knew what anime this song was from. The only thing I could say was that it wasn't in Japanese. But I got addicted to the danciness of the song and really wanted to figure out the artist and title. So I asked on my forum, and the only thing the members could confirm was that it's in Korean. After asking on a second anime forum, someone suggested it was a DDR song.

Is it a DDR song? Sorry if it's not. It's the only lead I've got.
