add Parallel_lights_io.dll in stepmania\program\

Online translators suck maybe, but if he is from a non-english country or region, your suggestion isn't any better.

I think his suggestion is just fine, although useless because the OP probably doesn't understand it. This site is entirely in English. I won't go onto a Chinese board and use a translator and expect my question to be answered, not that I would even understand any answer that I could possibly get after I send it back through the same translator. He/she needs to go to a site in their language, which I think is what Chaos Master was implying.
