|

Well over the years of the TX debut, dancing game players have came up with many different mods and tweaks to boost the efficiency and durability of their pad. All you have to do is post your method in here, and I will be sure to edit this post and add it in. =]
I, for one, have always wondered how to do the Sheet Metal contacts mod. |

I own two TX-1501 and have recently broken a few of the arrows..
*cough*
Anyways,
Considering the arrows are made from plexiglass I've decided to give lexan a try.
I ordered 10 sheets of 1/8" by 10" by 10" lexan for $72 on ebay.
It should be arriving on saturday...
Anyways I'm also probably going to replace the foil contacts attached to the arrows with sheet metal.
I'll get back to you all on how it turns out after I give it a try. |

Not really, The Lexan was donated to me, And the arcade sensors are "old" ones from my arcade.. They still work. Just the arcade wanted to replace them.
I will eventually get around to it, though. But with end of the year Exams, and my job taking alot of my time, I can't do a whole lot. |
